Synergy Capital is a boutique investment bank based in Tel Aviv, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic advisory, and growth financing. We assist Israeli and international clients in formulating and executing growth strategies, exploring financing alternatives, and conducting deal valuations. We focus on technology, aerospace and defense sectors.

The Role

This is a project-based, part-time Investment Banking Associate position. This is ideal for individuals with at least  2–3 years of experience in consulting, M&A, or investment-related roles who are looking to deepen their exposure in investments and in investment banking. The position offers flexibility, making it suitable for those balancing other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support client engagements.
• Develop compelling presentations and pitch materials that effectively communicate strategic insights.
• Assist in financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Collaborate with senior team members on transaction execution and client communications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments relevant to our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
