Art Director & UX/UI Lead

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Art Director & UX/UI Lead to own our product’s visual and experiential language. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven company and lead design across the board – from concept and 3D direction to hands-on UX/UI execution.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, guide, and inspire a small team (concept artist + 3D artist)

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams

• Lead the end-to-end visual and experiential design of our mobile product

• Design UX/UI for new features and improve existing flows (hands-on)

• Provide creative direction and feedback to concept art and 3D team members

• Bring original ideas, design solutions, and concept contributions to the table

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Lead Designer in a gaming company – must

• Strong hands-on experience designing for mobile (iOS & Android) – must

• Hands-on UX/UI skills for mobile – must

• Experience managing concept and 3D artists – must

• Familiarity with 3D software – required (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema4D)

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (native) and English – must

• Creative, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and collaborative

• Deep love for dogs/cats – must 🐶

• Animation skills – a plus

Bonus Points For

 • Experience using tools like Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and Unity

• A soft spot for adoption, shelters, or volunteering
