We are seeking an SEO Manager to join the Marketing Team at JobTestPrep, a leading global EdTech company.

Our Marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a seasoned SEO Manager to contribute to and execute JobTestPrep's organic growth strategy, helping thousands of job candidates land their dream jobs. Your focus will be on ensuring specific website areas are optimized for search engines and emerging AI platforms, enhancing user experience, optimizing user journeys, maximizing engagement, and accelerating revenue growth across the US and UK markets.

Description and requirements

What You Will Be Doing:

Develop and implement an SEO roadmap to plan and execute strategies aimed at improving search engine visibility to drive organic growth across existing product categories.
Track and analyze product performance by defining and monitoring key performance indicators such as conversion rate, click-through rate, engagement rate, bounce rate, and rankings to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve SEO issues by conducting audits to identify technical challenges and collaborate with developers to implement solutions.
Align SEO efforts with clear business objectives and broader marketing strategies.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation, with demonstrated results in organic growth.
Strong understanding of technical SEO and proficiency in tools like Umbraco, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellence in data analysis and strategic problem-solving.
Experience in B2C SaaS or EdTech companies.
