CRM Manager

We’re seeking a CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer retention and engagement strategies. This role is perfect for someone who is equally analytical and creative, with a passion for gaming and a track record of leveraging CRM tools to drive player loyalty and LTV.

• Own and execute the CRM strategy across all player touch-points.
• Build and manage automated, segmented, and personalized lifecycle campaigns.
• Monitor player journeys and behavior to identify opportunities for re-engagement, upsell, and retention.
• Collaborate with the Data, Product, and Creative teams to align messaging with business goals.
• Analyze performance data and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign results.
• Maintain and enhance CRM infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and campaign deliverability.
• Develop weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or a similar marketing role (internships and entry-level roles welcome).
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove, Braze, Onesignal.
• A strong interest in data, player behavior, and personalized communication strategies.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and curious about what makes campaigns succeed.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for gaming or entertainment industries is a big bonus.
