COMBLACK is hiring a Fraud Analyst !

What are we offering?

• Investigation of cyber-related fraud incidents targeting the bank's clients, working as part of a team that responds to events in real time.
• Proactive response to fraud events across multiple platforms.
• Managing and tracking fraud cases in collaboration with bank branches, providing guidance and support in understanding the nature of each case and the necessary actions with the customer and their account.
• Conducting phone interviews with customers who experienced fraud, or alternatively, investigating customers suspected of fraudulent activity in their accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office; advantage for experience in data investigation or database querying.
• Academic degree (not mandatory) in criminology or relevant experience in the investigation field.
• Strong interest in investigations and fraud detection.
• At least one year of experience in financial investigations; advantage for those with formal training in economic or financial investigations.
• Russian – an advantage.
