🚀 We're Hiring: Junior PMO – Temporary Position | Large Tech Company | Rosh HaAyin
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, support cross-functional teams, and gain valuable experience in project and task management within a tech-driven company.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Creating, updating, and illustrating specification flows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
- Managing projects and tasks through JIRA
- Responding to client inquiries and reported issues, routing tickets to relevant teams, and tracking resolution progress
- General administrative support, meeting summaries, and follow-ups
🎯 Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, tech project management, or as a business analyst
- Hands-on experience with JIRA – Mandatory
- High level of English – Mandatory
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office – Mandatory
- Experience with ERP systems – Advantage
