Director of Sales - Middle East & Africa

 Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Director of Sales - Middle East & Africa - this is a remote position, but candidates need to be based in either Dubai or Israel.

 Job Description

Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution

• High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)


• Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs


• Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy & programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation


• Handling deals end to end (commercials, negotiation, procurement)


• Identifying key customers’ feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing


• Represent at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness


• Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals

5-7 years of B2B sales experience as a lead sales executive. 

Strong Background in the blockchain, finance, or fintech industry. 

Someone with deep technical knowledge in complex products. 

Proven experience in selling to financial institutions, including banks, hedge funds, exchanges, or payment companies, is required. 

Must be located in either Dubai or Israel.

Base Salary + Equity (Company Shares) + Commission.
