Job Description

As the Dev AI Transformation Lead, reporting to the Chief Architect, you will champion and drive the adoption of innovative AI-driven development practices across our entire R&D organization. In this horizontal and strategic role, you'll foster collaboration, drive implementation, and ensure effective adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies to significantly enhance developer productivity and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Guild Leadership & Community Building

• Establish and grow an influential AI development guild.
• Promote continuous knowledge sharing, education, and best practice adoption.
  
  

AI Practice Evangelism

• Advocate for the implementation and adoption of AI-driven development practices.
• Facilitate cross-division and cross-organizational learning and collaboration.
  
  

Implementation & Adoption Facilitation

• Lead the introduction and scaling of AI productivity tools within development teams.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineering managers, and senior leadership to embed AI practices.
  
  

Measurement & Impact Analysis

• Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to AI adoption and productivity impacts.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations based on metrics and feedback.
  
  

Mentorship & Training

• Deliver training, coaching, and mentorship to developers and technical leaders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

Solid background in software development, with comprehensive understanding across the full development lifecycle in various environments and technology stacks.

AI & Innovation Passion

Demonstrated passion for AI-driven technologies and methodologies with relevant and up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI tools and development practices.

Leadership & Communication

Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior management, architects, and development teams; strong senior-level presence with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

Organizational Capabilities

Exceptional organizational skills, able to coordinate complex projects and cross-functional teams effectively.

Training & Mentorship Skills

Proven ability in coaching, mentorship, and delivering effective training sessions; ability to inspire, motivate, and guide developers and technical leaders.

Additional Information

• Prior experience leading guilds, communities of practice, or similar groups.
• Direct hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to demonstrate measurable business and productivity impact.
