We are looking for a strategic & Hands On BI leader to scale our data domain and work with Product, R&D & post-sale teams.

This is a leadership role where you’ll shape BI strategy and own the technical direction of our data systems. From defining the roadmap and building scalable BI solutions to collaborating with product, R&D, and execs—you’ll play a central role in turning complex data into business impact

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years BI/Data Engineering experience
• A leader mindset
• Strong Product mindset for B2B
• Experience Building or migrating BI systems
• Experience with: BI tools , SQL, ETL, Cloud (AWS, Snowflake)
• Excellent English
• US team flexibility
• Splunk experience, especially Splunk Enterprise or Cloud - An advantage
• AI in BI workflows experience - A bigAdvantage
