Operations Manager for Shopify Site – Growing Company in Northern Israel

We’re a fast-growing company in the North ( haifa) looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of our Shopify site. If you have a strategic mindset, marketing savvy, and strong end-to-end management skills, this role is for you. Our focus is real growth—not just driving traffic, but increasing the percentage of returning customers.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the Shopify site end-to-end – including content, products, promotions, and customer service

• Operate and optimize apps like Flashy, Yotpo, Klaviyo, and ReConvert

• Build smart automations and design email/SMS marketing strategies to boost customer loyalty

• Create customer journeys, retention funnels, and incentives that drive true loyalty

• Analyze data to improve performance and conversion rates

• Provide excellent customer support as part of the overall experience

• Work from our office with flexible hours

• Bring business insight, initiative, and take full responsibility – be part of shaping the strategy, not just executing it

• Bonus: coding skills (HTML/CSS) and automation knowledge

• Strong command of AI tools and smart software is a big plus

• Solid Excel skills are required

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years managing Shopify sites

• Experience with advanced marketing tools and apps

• Deep understanding of digital marketing and customer retention

• Excellent communication, organization, and self-driven work style

• High-level English skills are an advantage
