Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join our User Communications (UComms) team based in Tel Aviv.

In this key role, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of a high volume of both one-time and automated CRM campaigns across multiple global markets, using channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should feel confident working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and QA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proactive, collaborative, dependable, and focused
• Experience in launching product marketing campaigns
• Solid understanding of data and marketing analytics
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure
