We are seeking a results-driven Product Growth Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to scale growth initiatives and ensure our users receive exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze user data, trends, and A/B test results to optimize product features and user journeys.
- Experimentation: Lead product experiments, including A/B tests and growth hacks, to refine product features and onboarding.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to align growth initiatives and product development.
- Customer Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Retention & Engagement: Identify strategies to improve user retention, lifetime value (LTV), and enhance user experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product positioning and growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Track growth metrics and report on the success of initiatives to key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years in product management, growth marketing, or similar roles with a focus on user growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product features.
• User-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer behavior.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like Optimizely, Braze, or Intercom.
- Familiarity with growth frameworks like AARRR, JTBD, or Lean Startup.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
