A leading company in the IT infrastructure sector is seeking a NOC Team Leader to join its headquarters in Kiryat Bialik. This is a strategic and hands-on position, managing a skilled NOC team in a diverse, fast-paced technological environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the NOC team, ensuring high-level monitoring, control, and rapid incident resolution.
- Operate in a complex infrastructure involving cloud services, databases, web environments, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to provide end-to-end technical solutions.
- Define and optimize operational processes, improve monitoring methodologies, and lead key infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of managerial experience – Mandatory
- Proven experience in NOC operations – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and control tools – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge in network communications – Mandatory
- Familiarity with virtualization, storage systems, and OS – Advantage
- Experience with Linux environments – Significant advantage
- Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting
