Assistant Controller – Leading Real Estate Company | Tel Aviv

A leading company in the real estate sector is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team at our Tel Aviv headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and control of financial and tax reports

· Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports

· Profitability reports and monitoring of performance against budgets and targets

· Oversight and audit of the accounting department’s work

· Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

Requirements:

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

· Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills
