So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join CXone, our fully integrated open cloud customer experience platform. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven customer engagement products that are actively used by thousands of customers around the world.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering enterprise-grade AI capabilities, including generative UI, agentic AI, LLMs and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation)

How will you make an impact?

• Design and implement models that seamlessly integrate advanced AI technologies into our products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business goals into scalable, effective AI solutions.
• Work closely with other AI teams across R&D to build and maintain a unified AI strategy.
• Drive innovation by staying current with the latest advancements in AI and applying them to real-world use cases.
• Enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-powered services in a production environment.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a backend or full-stack engineer (Java / Node preferred).
• 4+ years of experience with AWS microservices, including tools like Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in AI technologies, including agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Proven success in building and maintaining enterprise products that serve active customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a critical, logical approach to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-first mindset.
