Senior System Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end software development processes – from requirements definition to system delivery.
• Taking system-level responsibility for design, development, testing, and implementation, while working closely with system leads.
• Guiding and managing software teams within projects, including planning, reviews, integration, and testing activities.
• Analyzing requirements, identifying risks, and managing interfaces with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Creating project plans and overseeing progress and quality control.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong emphasis on C++.
• Experience working with Embedded systems.
• Proven experience in systems engineering, project leadership, or software/communication systems management.
• Experience leading software teams – a significant advantage.
• Experience in systems integration – a strong advantage.
