What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Retention Lead to grow customer loyalty across our brands. You’ll lead retention and email marketing efforts, boosting customer engagement, lifetime value, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop Retention Strategies: Create and implement customer retention plans across segments.
• Lead Email Marketing: Manage and optimize personalized, segmented, and automated email campaigns.
• Analyze Data: Identify trends, behaviors, and actionable insights to improve engagement and loyalty.
• Build Customer Programs: Launch referral programs, loyalty rewards, and subscription models.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with marketing, creative, and product teams to support launches and brand goals.
• Drive Feedback Loops: Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Track Performance: Set KPIs, report results, and optimize strategies based on data.
• Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends in pet, wellness, and beauty sectors.
• Manage Budget: Optimize spend for maximum ROI on retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in retention, loyalty, or marketing, ideally in D2C or eCommerce.
• Proven success in retention and email marketing strategy.
• Strong data analysis and CRM/email platform skills.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of pet, wellness, or beauty markets is a plus.
