Responsibilities:
- Use scientific and applied research methods for solving advanced technical
- problems.
- Keep track of the latest state of the art in related domains, utilize and benchmark relevant innovative solutions.
- Complete the full innovation path from ideation, literature survey, PoC, simulation, and experimental analysis, to implementation and integration in the new products
- Requirements definition and performance analysis of electro-optical subsystems, including participation in the design process
- Modeling of new system features, configurations, and characteristics.
- End-to-end system performance analysis and evaluation.
- Research and analysis of the impact of system parameters, limitations, and new features on product performance.
- Analysis and solution definition for new system features and configurations.
- Definition of system requirements and guidance for sub-system design in a variety of
- domains (SW, Algo, HW, Electro-optics, Image sensor, Lasers, FW).
- Close work with all groups in R&D and Product.
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent (advanced
- degree - preferred).
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the research and development of complex sensor systems, optoelectronics, or image processing.
- Technical experience in imaging systems development, modeling and simulation,
- sensors research and development.
- Hands-on development experience using Python or other analysis tools.
- Self-driven and highly motivated to solve high-impact practical problems through
- research and innovation.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Team player. Good interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in R&D of CMOS image sensor systems -an advantage.
