Salesforce Implementer

Job Description:

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to CRM system users throughout the system lifecycle.
• Manage the organization's CRM applications on the Novidea platform built on Salesforce technology, including understanding solutions, performing integration testing, defining business requirements, and supporting the rollout of new processes.
• Understand business and technical requirements and collaborate with Novidea’s development and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Create and maintain Flows and Lightning Components to automate business processes, simplify user actions, and enhance system performance.
• Manage tasks and projects along timelines while ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a relevant technical field – required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce Implementer – required.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with other CRM systems – a plus.
• Broad technical understanding with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of internal clients and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Experience in the insurance industry – an advantage.
