We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Software Development Team Lead with a strong Python background and proven leadership experience.

In this role, you’ll guide a talented team of developers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while collaborating closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Project Management teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Python applications

• Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices

• Lead agile development processes and continuously optimize workflows

• Collaborate across departments to align technology with business needs

• Research and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on Python

• 3+ years in a leadership or mentoring role

• Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), GraphQL, gRPC

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

• Proficiency in English and Hebrew for customer-facing interactions
