System Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced System Team Leader for a dynamic and challenging role, which includes:

✔ Managing a small team (6 employees) in a production environment – overseeing tasks, projects, and troubleshooting

✔ Responsibility for On-Prem infrastructure, virtualization, storage, backups, DR site, deployment systems, and Microsoft environments (AD, Exchange)

✔ Managing Multi-Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and collaborating with the DBA team

✔ Leading projects, writing procedures, collaborating with multiple business and technical stakeholders, and managing suppliers and budget

Requirements:

✔ 8 years of professional experience in infrastructure and systems management

✔ At least 4 years of experience managing teams

✔ Proven ability to lead projects and work across diverse teams and interfaces

✔ Strong technical skills and a broad systems perspective
