Blueground Israel (https://www.theblueground.com/furnished-apartments-tel-aviv-israel) is looking for a Head of Sales to lead our local B2B growth. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and partnerships to closing and onboarding — while building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your role combines strategy, execution, and team collaboration to grow revenue and expand our client base.
Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local sales strategy and pipeline
- Identify and close corporate opportunities through outreach, meetings, and networking
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and improve performance
- Represent the company in the local market (including site visits and events)
- Coach and support junior sales team members
What You Bring
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate, mobility, or PropTech
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Local market knowledge and business network
- A “closer” mindset with empathy for client needs
- Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
