Our company focuses on reducing operational risks, developing comprehensive protection plans, complying with local and international regulatory and standard requirements, and implementing advanced information security frameworks. Our services include cybersecurity projects, intelligence, risk assessments, penetration tests, and ongoing support of the information security operations within organizations, integrating security solutions that support our each client's strategic needs & objectives, with an emphasis exclusivity and trust.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly capable, discreet, and emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support our CEO and manage office operations. This is a key role that requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with high-profile individuals, both internally and externally. The position includes overseeing a professional, efficient work environment and handling basic accounting coordination with an external finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and daily priorities with discretion and accuracy
- Liaise with clients, senior team members, board members, and external partners
- Oversee office operations including vendors, supplies, scheduling, and logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries; track and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information and maintain high professional standards
- Support onboarding logistics and ensure a smooth office experience for all team members
- Coordinate light accounting tasks (e.g. invoicing, expense tracking, document handling) with an external accounting firm
- Provide occasional support for personal tasks and scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support and office management
- Native-level English and high-level Hebrew (spoken and written) are both required
- Proven ability to work with high-profile individuals and manage sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High emotional intelligence and a team-oriented approach
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but will be considered a strong advantage)
- Prior experience in a high-pressure, executive-facing environment (e.g., tech, consulting, finance, cybersecurity)
- Background in office or operations management within a small to mid-sized company
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or service providers, including finance or HR
- Basic understanding of accounting processes such as invoicing, reimbursements, or expense reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills with experience drafting or editing executive-level correspondence
