🔧 What You’ll Do:

* Plan, execute, and optimize **Google PPC campaigns** across multilingual, international markets

* Own daily ROI reporting, performance analysis, and campaign improvement

* Manage and engage **online communities** (e.g. social media, WhatsApp, health groups, forums)

* Collaborate with **influencers and micro-creators** to boost visibility and trust

* Design and launch **guerrilla marketing activations** that create buzz and lead to app downloads

* Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and ops teams to align messaging with user needs

* Identify trends, test new channels, and bring insights to drive full-funnel growth

🎯 What You Bring:

* **1–2 years hands-on experience** with Google Ads, paid search, and multilingual campaign management

* Experience managing or growing **digital communities** or social engagement

* Comfort with **creative outreach**, influencer marketing, and unconventional promotion strategies

* Sharp **analytical mindset** – you think in metrics, funnels, and experiments

* High level of independence and ownership – you move fast and figure things out

* Fluent in **English** (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese – big plus)

* Bonus: background in healthtech, consumer apps, or mission-driven products
