InfraEdge, a subsidiary of the MalamTeam Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR specialist to lead and manage all HR and recruitment activities within a high-profile tech environment.

This position combines hands-on recruitment, HR responsibilities, and employee engagement. It offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to hiring managers and team leads.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage internal communication and content across company portals and platforms.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives: welfare, events, lectures, volunteering, and more.
• Build and manage the annual HR & L&D budget, including training, welfare, and development activities.
• Maintain close communication with client-side stakeholders: address feedback, support performance-related discussions, and ensure high service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a combined HR & recruitment role.
• Experience in the tech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders independently
