Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Herzliya. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations from the showroom’s extensive collection. Daily tasks include assisting customers, maintaining knowledge of current collections, processing transactions, coordinating with the inventory team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of luxury furniture and home accessories
• Sales experience in a retail environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the luxury goods sector is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Autocad/ revit- advantage
