Cyber Engineering Group – Network Visibility Team | Monitoring & Cyber Visibility Expert

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Network Visibility Team, where you’ll play a critical role in improving the visibility of large-scale IT environments from both monitoring (NOC) and cybersecurity perspectives.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and enhancement of monitoring and log analysis capabilities across large-scale networks.
• Drive cross-organizational strategic processes and write technical documentation and requirements.
• Design and implement automation workflows; conduct testing and integration with diverse infrastructure and management tools.
• Build and evolve internal tools for Asset Management, Vulnerability Management, and data source enrichment.
• Develop and prioritize new features across existing products to improve performance and support specific operational needs.
• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge monitoring technologies into the organization's ecosystem.
• Identify visibility gaps and introduce them into the engineering roadmap.
• Provide technical consulting to teammates and stakeholders across the organization.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in monitoring system development, research, or implementation.
• Proven background in working with monitoring platforms or SIEM systems.
• Strong experience in writing and managing complex technical documentation and project specifications.
• Deep understanding of IT technologies, especially protocols, processes, and management tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Splunk, ELK, ITNM, ITM, Prometheus.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
• Strong coding skills and experience in building scalable systems – advantage.
• Experience in cloud environments: AWS, GCP, Azure – advantage.
• Relevant academic degree – advantage.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH – advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows Internals, Malware Analysis, or Incident Response – advantage.
