Freelance UX/UI Designer

Location: Tel Aviv, Hybrid

Approximately 60% (3 days per week) – with flexibility based on the candidate’s availability and the role’s needs.

We’re looking for a seasoned UX/UI Designer to join us on a freelance basis and help shape intuitive, high-converting user experiences across web and mobile.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design of product features—from user interviews and research to wireframes and final UI
• Conduct in-depth user research and interviews with existing clients to guide product thinking
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Growth teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate
• Design seamless cross-platform experiences (web and iOS) with a focus on performance and engagement
• Work closely with developers and the U.S.-based business unit to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Translate user insights into elegant, functional designs that drive results

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer working on consumer-facing products for non-Israeli markets
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
• Extensive experience with user research, usability testing, and customer interviews
• Ability to operate independently and drive design strategy in a fast-moving startup environment
• Passion for creating impactful and intuitive consumer experiences

Bonus Points For

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or personalized recommendation tools
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools or product analytics
• Skills in motion or interaction design
