Project Management Officer

We're Hiring: Assertive PMO for a Defense Company in the Central District

A leading defense company is looking for a highly assertive and detail-oriented PMO to join its team.

• Develop and maintain integrated project work plans
• Plan and control budgets from the quotation stage through to project completion
• Identify and manage risks, bottlenecks, and critical paths
• Synchronize interfaces in a multi-project environment
• Provide project status updates and insights to management and clients

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or over 10 years of proven experience in managing technological projects
• At least 3 years of experience as a PMO in a large organization – mandatory
• Excellent command of Excel and strong presentation-building skills
• Experience in building budgets, work plans, and reporting to senior management
• Familiarity with SAP or other major ERP systems
• Knowledge of Lean / Agile / Six Sigma methodologies – advantage
• Proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera – mandatory
• Experience in consulting or organizational development (O.D.) – advantage
