Both roles are full-time positions, in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site at Airport City, Israel).

Position 1: Marketing & Forecasting Economist

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage P&L forecasts and support business planning processes.
• Analyze advertising budgets, overhead forecasts, and develop business cases for innovation.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and ongoing financial analysis.
• Act as a business partner (BP) to the marketing department, working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration.
• 2–3 years of experience as an economist – preferably in large, well-known companies.
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
• Fluent English – written and spoken – mandatory.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Positive attitude, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Position 2: Sales Division Economist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing processes and monitor division expenses (including customer discounts).
• Serve as a business partner (BP) to the sales division – including financial analysis, incentive management, and sales optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and global teams.
• Lead financial processes that are closely tied to business performance and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration.
• 2–3 years of experience as an economist – preferably in large, well-known companies.
• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory.
• Fluent English – written and spoken – mandatory.
• Strong business understanding and ability to work independently.
• People-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
