Description
We're seeking a people-oriented and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead our recruitment efforts. You’ll take full ownership of the hiring process, sourcing, interviewing, ensuring outstanding candidate experience, and supporting employer branding, while working closely with our HR Director and hiring managers.
In October, when our HR Director goes on maternity leave, you’ll step into a broader HR role to ensure continuity across key processes, with the potential to continue as a Talent Acquisition Specialist after April, based on organizational needs. You will…
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Lead recruitment processes end to end, from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and Elsight’s culture, ensuring alignment and consistent hiring success.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit and provide a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage communication and logistics throughout the process, keeping things organized and moving efficiently.
- Take initiative to optimize each step in the hiring funnel: from sourcing strategies to interview flow and time-to-hire.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, evaluate quality of hire, and generate actionable insights.
- Document lessons learned, continuously improve tools and processes, and bring forward new ideas that make us better and faster.
- Support employer branding initiatives and bring fresh ideas to attract top talent.
- Source top-notch talent.
As HR Ownership – Maternity Leave Coverage (October–April):
During the HR Director’s maternity leave, you will step into a broader HR role, ensuring continuity and ownership across core people processes. This includes:
- Managing employee life-cycle activities. This includes internal communication, birthday and milestone celebrations, and day-to-day support.
- Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day HR needs. You will support team leads with employee-related topics such as team dynamics, feedback, and people decisions.
- Planning and executing internal events. These may include company-wide All Hands meetings, Happy Hours, and holiday celebrations.
- Running the bi-annual performance review cycle. You will coordinate timelines, ensure participation, and support a smooth and meaningful process.
- Supporting company-wide communication on people matters, in close collaboration with the CEO.
- Maintaining HR documentation, tracking employee data, and ensuring visibility and accuracy across processes

- Openness to feedback. You're comfortable giving and receiving feedback and see it as part of how you grow.
- Technologically curious and confident. You’re comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Canva, and you’re not afraid to explore and implement new platforms, especially AI-based tools, to automate processes and work smarter.
- Fluent Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.
It’s a plus if you also have:
- A degree in behavioral sciences, social sciences, or human resources.
