Minute Media is looking for a hands-on Development Team Leader who turns business goals into clear engineering tasks, splits time between coding, debugging tricky issues, refining performance and guiding a small crew of engineers. You will have the opportunity to lead, learn, and grow - personally and professionally.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Team Leader, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with proven experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, MySQL, and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data structures and ETL processes, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Experience with DevOps practices and low-level performance optimizations, including profiling and memory analysis in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), and a proven track record in performance marketing domains such as commerce affiliation and search/content arbitrage.
