Finance and Operations Manager

Location: On-site (Yokneam Illit) | Hybrid: 1-2 remote day per week

Experience Level: CPA with 1–2 years of industry experience following completion of a Big 4 internship (preferably in the high-tech sector)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core financial operations, business analytics, and cross-functional initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and work alongside product, marketing, and operations teams to drive performance, efficiency, and insight.

• Manage daily accounting activities, month-end close, and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead coordination of audits, tax filings, and compliance with external advisors
• Monitor and optimize cash flow; implement strong financial controls
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking
• Develop and monitor business & operational KPIs across departments
• Analyze marketing funnels, unit economics, and ROI to support strategic decisions
• Structure, clean, and analyze business data to deliver actionable insights
• Support financial reporting and documentation in coordination with external accounting teams
• Contribute to operational documentation and ongoing process improvement

• CPA with a Big 4 background and 1–2 years of post-internship industry experience (preferably in a startup or tech environment)
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from financial and operational data
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate across teams
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, QuickBooks) and BI tools
• Experience in managing or supporting inventory-related processes, including tracking, costing, and reconciliation
• Familiarity with data-driven environments where KPIs and performance metrics drive decisions
