What you’ll do

🔹 Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for roles in finance, operations, and executive functions

🔹 Lead sourcing efforts and proactively engage with top-tier talent

🔹 Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies

🔹 Provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process

🔹 Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

What we’re looking for

✔ Proven experience in recruitment — in-house or from a recruiting agency

✔ Native-level Hebrew and strong written and verbal communication skills in English

✔ High emotional intelligence, strong intuition, and people-first approach

✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

✔ Experience in recruiting for finance/tech/management roles – an advantage
