Main Responsibilities:

• Crafting and executing killer digital advertising campaigns that convert like crazy
• Managing substantial marketing budgets and selecting optimal digital channels for maximum impact
• Overseeing global campaigns while measuring performance metrics (ROI, lead quality, conversion rates)
• Leading affiliate and media teams to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Adapting marketing messages for different global markets and audiences
• Implementing cutting-edge technologies (AI, automation) to optimize lead generation processes
• Crisis management for reputation/regulatory/lead generation challenges
• Conducting competitor analysis and market trend research
• Delivering comprehensive performance reports to senior management

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field - Required
• Master's degree in relevant fields - Major Advantage
• 3-5 years of PROVEN experience in global marketing at large-scale Forex or similar companies
• Battle-tested experience in Forex/Casino/Gaming industry - Must Have
• Deep expertise with digital marketing tools and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native platforms)
• Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and conversion tracking mastery
• Deep understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in team management and independent lead generation operations
