A classified defense organization operating under strict security protocols. We're currently looking for an experienced Observability Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Development, integration, and implementation of advanced monitoring and infrastructure systems
- Writing and managing complex technical documentation and project requirements
- Collaborating across internal teams to ensure system efficiency, performance, and scalability
- Working exclusively in on-premise, secured environments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in monitoring/infrastructure/IT systems
- Experience with monitoring tools such as: Splunk, ELK, IBM Netcool, Prometheus, Grafana
- Strong understanding of IT protocols, system processes, and enterprise-level management tools
- Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Proficient in coding and system development at scale – advantage
- Cloud experience – AWS, GCP, Azure – advantage
- Relevant academic degree – advantage
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH – advantage
- Familiarity with Win Internals, IR processes, malware analysis – advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Independent learner with a passion for new technologies and monitoring trends
- Comfortable working in a high-security, multi-tasking environment
- Ability to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders
