Your Role:

• Feature Development: Implement new features and enhance existing ones, ensuring adherence to best practices and conducting thorough code reviews.

• Technical Leadership: Provide feasibility assessments, technical specifications, and documentation for new initiatives.

• Infrastructure Enhancement: Contribute to DevOps, infrastructure, quality assurance, and observability to strengthen our technical operations.

• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and facilitate onboarding for new team members.

• Best Practices Advocacy: Promote and educate the team on code quality standards and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Cloud Proficiency: Experience or certification in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI development tools such as Cursor, Replit, Qudo, and Cooilot.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least three of the following technologies:

• Tailwind CSS

• React.js

• Next.js

• Node.js

• Python 

• SQL and NoSQL Databases

• AWS Well-Architected frameworks, especially Serverless and Event-Driven Architectures

• Large Language Models

• AI-First Mindset: A strong inclination to integrate AI at the core of product development and architecture.

• Kubernetes Experience: Proven experience working with Kubernetes environments.

• Vercel Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the Vercel platform is advantageous.

• Golang Proficiency: Experience with Golang is a plus.
