A well-established and tech-driven company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of its internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

This is a key position that combines deep business analysis with hands-on configuration, in a system that supports large-scale operations and multiple departments across the organization.

You'll serve as the bridge between business needs and technology – translating operational workflows into smart, scalable CRM solutions that support the company's service, sales, and support teams.

Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel

Work Model: Full-time, hybrid (1 day/week from home)

Employment Type: Salaried position (not freelance)

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and gather requirements from cross-functional teams
Translate business requirements into CRM configurations – including entities, workflows, forms and process automations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Develop entity relationships, workflows, and custom logic to meet business needs
Collaborate with end users, team leads, developers, and project managers
Own the system's lifecycle: improvements, troubleshooting, updates, and documentation
Lead or support new CRM-related initiatives and digital transformation projects

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in a CRM-related role, ideally combining system analysis and implementation
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field – required
Strong business understanding and process orientation
Proficiency in building flows, forms, entities, and configurations in D365
Familiarity with SQL Server – advantage
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Experience in customer-facing environments (e.g. service centers, sales ops) – advantage
