Business Systems Analyst – Dynamics CRM

A well-established and tech-driven company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of its internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

This is a key position that combines deep business analysis with hands-on configuration, in a system that supports large-scale operations and multiple departments across the organization.

You'll serve as the bridge between business needs and technology – translating operational workflows into smart, scalable CRM solutions that support the company's service, sales, and support teams.

Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel

Work Model: Full-time, hybrid (1 day/week from home)

Employment Type: Salaried position (not freelance)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements from cross-functional teams
• Translate business requirements into CRM configurations – including entities, workflows, forms and process automations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop entity relationships, workflows, and custom logic to meet business needs
• Collaborate with end users, team leads, developers, and project managers
• Own the system's lifecycle: improvements, troubleshooting, updates, and documentation
• Lead or support new CRM-related initiatives and digital transformation projects

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a CRM-related role, ideally combining system analysis and implementation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field – required
• Strong business understanding and process orientation
• Proficiency in building flows, forms, entities, and configurations in D365
• Familiarity with SQL Server – advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Experience in customer-facing environments (e.g. service centers, sales ops) – advantage
