This innovative approach turns every E-commerce session into an immersive and inspirational experience, leading to larger shopping carts, valuable first-party data, new revenue streams for retailers, and a powerful advertising opportunity for brands.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and building a new CMS platform. The ideal candidate should build the platform from scratch on his own and get outsource help. Daily tasks include first and for most: Designing and hands on implementation, managing a team of outsource developers, designing system architecture, ensuring code quality, debugging, and collaborating with other departments to align technical goals with business objectives. The Technical Lead will also be responsible for participating in strategic planning, staying updated on emerging technologies, and implementing best practices.

- Hands on approach

- Spanish Speaker
- Agentic AI understanding
- Vibe Coding approach
- System architecture design and software development experience
- Experience with E-commerce platforms or video technology is a plus
