Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, serving as the central figure in all marketing activities; align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals
• Identify potential growth opportunities based on your forecasts, and drive the strategic plans, campaigns, and tests to capitalize on them
• Bridge the gap between front-line marketers and senior leadership, establishing an efficient dialogue of growth-driven insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with B2C/D marketing at a director level, equivalent, or higher
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with digital marketing and brand management expertise
• Strong understanding of data and hands-on experience analyzing marketing performance
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Proven experience in growing the company's funnel and traffic
• Strong problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
