We're looking for a sharp and driven Real Estate Financial Economist!
to join a fast-paced real estate development environment.
📌 Location: Petah Tikva
What you'll be doing:
- Full financial support across real estate development projects
- Managing budget control cycles, performing variance analyses and cash flow management
- Ongoing work with banks, partners, and internal teams on project financing and monitoring
- Creating financial reports and insights for decision-makers
- Working daily with Priority ERP to track and manage financial data
What we're looking for:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field – mandatory
✔️ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a real estate company, real estate investment firm, or financial institution specializing in real estate
✔️ Proven background in budget control, financial modeling, and cash flow forecasting
✔️ Experience working with Priority ERP – a strong advantage
✔️ Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and ability to work independently and within a team
