Critilog is seeking an exceptional and reliable candidate to join our Commercial team as a Back Office Sales.

CritiLog is a specialized freight forwarder focused on urgent expedition consignments, and temperature-controlled solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients and grow business activity

✅ Pricing solutions according to customer needs

✅ Identify new clients from a variety of sources

✅ Schedule meetings with clients and relevant stakeholders

✅ Manage sales processes and negotiations with both local and international customers and suppliers

✅ Collaborate closely with various internal departments

📌 Job Requirements:

✔️ Experience in a freight forwarding company – mandatory

✔️ Proven experience in complex B2B sales processes and solution selling

✔️ Significant advantage: Experience in air export/import/drop shipments

✔️ Good command of English
