Retreateam is a fast-moving startup that helps creators, coaches, and community leaders launch unforgettable retreats around the world — while we take care of 100% of the behind-the-scenes operations: flights, hotels, landing pages, payments, logistics and more. Our goal? To become the go-to platform for creator-led retreats. We’re growing fast and looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, and wants to grow with us from day one.

💼 About the Role

Do you know your way around creators, stories, followers and DMs — and love making things happen? This is for you. We're looking for someone who understands the influencer world, feels at home on social, and knows how to reach out to the right people at the right moment — and get them on a call. You’ll spend your days scouting creators with real communities, starting conversations, and showing them why their next big move is launching a retreat with Retreateam. There’s also real opportunity here: if you’re good, you’ll grow fast. Yes — you might also travel 😉

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Scout for creators and community leaders with real, active audiences (any platform)
• Reach out with smart, personal messages (mostly DMs / IG / WhatsApp)
• Book discovery meetings with our founder
• Track your work in a simple CRM
• Occasionally join retreats abroad as the company rep
• Help shape how we scale our outreach and brand
