A Seed Stage startup in our portfolio is looking for an experienced product manager, with a background in cybersecurity, to join as the first product hire, working closely with the leadership team to shape product strategy while executing high-value, hands-on product work.

What you will do:
- Lead the development of new features, ensuring a cohesive product strategy and user experience.
- Translate high-level vision and product objectives to actionable specs and work plans.
- Collaborate with engineering and other teams to define, prioritize, and execute a high-impact product roadmap.
- Participate in high-level product planning.
- Pioneer the company's product processes and standards, helping the organization to grow and work more efficiently.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- A track record in cybersecurity, particularly in the Identity space.
- Ability to work hands-on and independently.
- Interest and ability to add value in high-level, strategic decision-making.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for engineering collaboration.
