We are looking for a tech-savvy VDI Support Specialist with strong experience in both onsite and phone-based support in the software domain (not hardware/PC technicians).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support (both face-to-face and phone) – must
• Proven hands-on experience maintaining and supporting VDI environments – must
• Solid experience with VMware (setup and maintenance) – must
• Experience setting up workstations for new employees
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience supporting Office-related issues over the phone
• Familiarity with Exchange servers – an advantage
• Experience with Citrix – a major plus
