We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our R&D team at Rise. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a high-impact product that plays a key role in our success, while also contributing to other major initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready code. We’re looking for someone hands-on, independent, and excited to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services in Node.js and real-time, logic-heavy frontend features using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Lead features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful, user-centric features
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality UI with smooth integration between frontend and backend
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for both internal and external use
• Contribute to core infrastructure and influence the system's technical direction
• Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation, while mentoring others

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Hands-on experience with Node.js – a must
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript, with experience in at least one major UI framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Experience building real-time, logic-intensive user interfaces
• Strong architectural skills and system-level thinking
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments
• Proven ability to build complex, scalable systems from scratch
