We are hiring a Junior Chemical Engineer to join our Makhteshim Process Team; an exciting and challenging career opportunity, for a highly motivated and dedicated individual passionate about process engineering and production optimization.

Location: Neot Hovav site, Southern Israel.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Plan & carry out projects in our production facilities.
• Monitor process parameters.
• Improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Facilitate chemical product transition from development to production.
• Implement process technologies in manufacturing facilities & setting manufacturing technology standards.
• Launch new processes and adapt existing processes to production facilities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (graduating 2025) - a must.
• Previous experience in a student position in the chemical industry - an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
