AWS Cloud Architect

We’re looking for a Cloud Architect (AWS) to join our growing tech team and take a key role in shaping cloud infrastructure, automation, and architecture decisions across mission-critical environments.

As a Cloud Architect, you’ll design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on AWS. You’ll work closely with DevOps engineers, developers, and product teams to define best practices and build modern cloud-native systems that meet real production demands.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end cloud architectures on AWS, with a strong focus on scalability, resilience, and automation.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CDK).
• Lead cloud migration and modernization projects (e.g., monolith to microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Optimize performance, cost, and security across environments.
• Serve as an AWS technical expert, advising stakeholders and mentoring team members.
• Stay current with AWS developments and lead adoption of new tools and approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
• Strong background in DevOps: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, logging, automation.
• Deep understanding of core AWS services: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Ability to design fault-tolerant, secure and cost-efficient solutions.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering/product teams.

Nice to Have

• AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to GitOps or platform engineering concepts (e.g., Internal Developer Portals).
• Background in networking or security architectures.
