Job Description:

A leading fintech company providing advanced financial solutions is seeking a Field Recruitments Manager to lead and coordinate customer acquisition operations in the field.

The Field Recruitment Manager will serve as the operational bridge between the company’s sales strategy and on-the-ground execution. The role includes managing field agents, executing recruitment independently when needed, and leading large-scale field operations across the country.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines operational leadership, field presence, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for managing recruitment operations nationwide
• Develop a structured, data-driven methodology for customer acquisition
• Assign, guide, and oversee field agents across the country
• Conduct independent customer recruitment (particularly for smaller-scale efforts)
• Lead large-scale field recruitment operations – including logistics, coordination, marketing materials, and team management
• Collect feedback and insights from the field and report regularly to the Head of Sales
• Supervise agent performance and provide ongoing support
• Build structured processes and operational playbooks for recruitment
• Work with CRM systems and performance tracking tools
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new field agents

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing or operating field teams / field sales – required
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – required
• Russian – strong advantage
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Experience in motivating freelance workers or distributed teams – strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse communities
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license – required
