Trading Platform Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trading Platform Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects within our organization. This role is critical to the ongoing evolution of our trading platforms and requires a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of the online trading industry.

Responsibilities:

Engage with Business Owners to Collect and Validate Internal Business requirements

Collect insights via BI/analytics, with the goal of identifying customer pain points

Maintain and groom an organized product backlog, Prioritized, and aligned with company goals

Set and measure product KPIs, map contributing features, and drive your product to success

Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and manage tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

Coordinate between cross-functional teams: product, development, QA, Business marketing, and operation

Translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of driving change

Proven experience in online trading companies– highly preferred.

A self-starter with a bias to action, who is able to move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions

Analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and A/B testing to improve customer experiences

Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages – a plus.
